¡€ Series CYVF Three-phase Frequency
Translating speed Control induction Motors Specially Used for
Elevators are the frequency translating speed control motors
specially designed for elebators by absorbing foreign technology
and can match many types of frequency-converters and the closed
loop control can be realized by the control boxes of the elevator
systems. The zero speed location can be realized with appointed
driver.
¡€ The basic installation form of this series motors is
IMB5, i. e. the end cover is equipped with flange, the motor
base not equipped with footing, horizontal installation is adopted
and the non-spindle extension end is used for mounting speed
measurement equipment. The type of cooling is self-ventilation
and protection class is IP23¡£
¡€ The housing of the motor is made of cast iron and rotor
is made of cast aluminum of small inertia. The complete machine
is simple and reliable in structure. The insulation class of
stator is F. There is an overheat protechor in stator winding
for overheat protection. |

working conditions for the motor are as follows£º
¡€ Ambient temperature:The maximum temperature can¡¯t be
more than 40¡æ and the minimum temperature can¡¯t be less than 5¡æ;
¡€ Elevation: Not higher than 1000m;
¡€ Frequency and voltage:Determined by inverter, and the rated
frequency is 42 Hz, rated voltage 170/340V, actual operation frequency
0¡«42Hz
¡€ Operation mode: Discontinuous running system(S5),240 times
( of start-up)/hour;
¡€ Start-up mode: Controlled by frequency converter to guarantee
the motor being provided with the minimum start-up current in the
start-up;
