loop control of the control box of the elevator systems can
be made and zero speed location can be realized with appointed

· The basic
installation form of this series of motors is IMB5, I,e. the end cover
is equipped with flange, the complete machine is simple and reliable
in structure. The insulation grade of stator is F. There is an overheating
device is stator winding for overheat protection.
· The house of the motor adopts cast iron and rotor is constructed
with cast aluminum of small inertia. The complete machine is simple
and reliable in structure. The insulation grade of stator is F. There
is an overheating device in stator winding for overheat protection.
· The working conditions are as follows:
· Ambient temperature: The max temperature is not more
than 40℃ and min temperature is not less than 5℃;
· Elevation: not higher than 1000m;
· Frequency and voltage: determined by inverter, and the rated frequency
is 50Hz, rated voltage 380V, actual operating frequency 0~50Hz;
· Operating mode: discontinuous running system(S5), 240 times
(of start-up)/hour;
· Start-up mode: controlled by frequency-converter to guarantee
the motor being provided with the minimum start-up current;
· Transmission form: shaft coupling. |
