VF Three-phase Frequency-Translating Speed Control Motors
· This series of motors are produced on
the basis of summing up the experiences obtained from having produced
frequency –translating motors for many years and using special electromagnetic
and structure intensity to meet the need of the frequency-converter
power supply. The proper adapting of motor and frequency-converter
makes the product be provided with fairly high cost performance. This
series of motors are widely used in the industrial machinery of metallurgy,
oil, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, textile, plastic cement,
printing, packing and foodstuffs, etc and the fields of automatic
equipment and NC machine tools. The product is provided with the following

* The product
meets the need of IEC, NEMA Standard.

The product possesses the performance of being high in efficiency,
low in noise.
* The good insulation material
and vacuum pressure varnished making technology guarantee the high
liability of motor insulation.
* The range
of speed regulation is wide. When there is PG, it is 1:1000 and when
there is no PG, it is 1:100.
* The motor
uses non-maintenance imported bearing.
*
The motor uses insulation of F grade with the protection grade of
IP55.
* There is PTC detecting overload
protection set up in the motor windings. |
